Google Pixel tablet may feature 11 inch display & up to 256GB storage
For those unaware, Google Pixel is the well established lineup featuring best quality of Pixel phone and ear buds under premium segment , giving a substitute to Samsung and Oneplus Series. The Search Engine giant has confirmed that the tablet will be launching sometime in 2023. Important aspect of the Google Pixel series is to create a Android Ecosystem of products lineup now tablet device will be added soon.
Google had a separate Fan base when its comes to gallery and picture using better camera and Google lens features a better an enhanced way of picture taking experience..
Earlier, the Pixel tablet was tipped to be the first device to ship with a 64-bit only version of Android 13 and have dual-cameras on the back.
However, new rumors and reports are still surfacing regarding this tablet. Now, developer Kuba Wojciechowski shared some specifications regarding the upcoming Pixel Tablet to 91Mobiles as he claims that the Pixel tablet enters EVT phase (engineering validation test). This EVT phase basically implies that the tablet is now outside of the prototype stage and the company is working on the finalizing the device.
This is both in terms of its design and internal specifications and other as well. Wojciechowski further added that the brand has even shipped some Pixel Tablet units to India as well, for EVT and certification purposes. While the Pixel Tablet is still under wraps, Kuba revealed that the tablet will come in two storage options, namely a 128GB and 256GB internal storage model. Its unclear if the RAM in these two options would be different as well.
Furthermore, the Pixel Tablet will sport a large 10.95 inch display and also support WiFi 6 standards. Sim card seems to missing , its also claimed latest Google’s first party USI 2.0 stylus for the Pixel tablet, which isn’t completely unexpected since the tablet was already certified for USI previously. That was all the information shared by the developer, although, the device is believed to run on Google’s first gen Tensor SoC.
Pixel tablet will not feature GPS hardware or modem, proximity, and barometer sensors. It also won't offer support for 'high-fidelity' sensor processing. Recently, another report came out that said Google is working on a new Nest Hub with a dockable tablet form factor where the screen detaches from the base.
Assuming that the Pixel tablet lacks GPS hardware, a modem, and key sensors, there is a chance that it could be the screen half of the alleged Nest Hub and could be meant to be used within a household while connected to Wi-Fi. Furthermore, the tablet is said to come with Google's first-gen Tensor SoC.
